Three Peaks Challenge

Three Peaks 2016

The 3 Peaks Challenge is over for another year  - we had a very sunny 24 hours or so across Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May for the walking, a nice change to the poor weather we experienced for most of the time in 2015. Thank you to everyone who supported the group in lots of various ways. Below is a short film showing some images from the weekend.

Three Peaks Challenge 2015

The Three Peaks Challenge 2015 has been completed and you can view some of what happened in the short video on this page.

Sadly, Rev. Julie Letts badly injured her leg about 2 weeks before the Challenge so was unable to go.

The walk took place on June 19th/ 20th and was done in conjunction with friends from St Andrews in Congresbury and Congresbury Methodist Church. Money has been raised for Feed the Minds, Parish Nursing, Leprosy Mission and St Andrews, Congresbury 800th Anniversary.

Stuart Seel completed the challenge and Malcolm Letts and Ken Young were two thirds of the support team.

The weather was not good but everyone completed the walking safely and a short service of Holy Communion was held at the top of every peak.
